Supported Employment
One of the missions of MARC is Community Inclusion with our clients and ensure that all people are valued and contributing citizens. We provide training, assistance and long term support to individuals in order for them to obtain and sustain paid employment at minimum wage or above.
Working in the Community
Through supportive employment we help clients live their best lives. Our clients work throughout the community at places like Fausto’s Food Palace, Publix, Dairy Queen, and Naval Air Station Key West.

Landscaping Service
Additionally, we have a landscaping crew working on both private home and local businesses.

Our Clients work with the Pickle Barons of Key West, cutting and packing the fresh vegetables that become your favorite pickles!
