Horticulture
Our Horticulture program is one of the more unique aspects of our Adult Day Training Program. Our clients work directly growing plants from seedlings, repotting, and trimming them as they grow. We have an organic garden and our clients grow fruit, vegetables, and herbs—some of which are used in the daily offerings of the Rainbow Café and some which are sold in the Plant Store. Our clients also work in the Plant Store, tagging and moving new inventory as well as watering and taking care of plants.
Plant Store
The MARC Plant Store, located at 1401 Seminary Street (the corner of Seminary & Tropical in the May Sands School Building) in Key West, offers a unique selection of plants and garden products. We accept all major Credit Cards.
By shopping at the plant store, customers support the MARC organization and have a chance to see clients at work.
Many different varieties at great prices. We can also special order for your unique gardening needs.
We have recently remodeled our indoor space at the Plant Store. Stop by and see the great changes!
Vegetable garden
The vegetable garden offers fresh produce as well as seedlings for vegetable and fruit producing plants and herbs.
Orchids & Large Plants
We pride ourselves on the best orchid selection in Key West. We have orchids of all sizes and budget. We also carry all the things that you need to keep your orchids healthy.
We carry many varieties of medium sized plants all through the year. For large trees and plants we can special order and deliver virtually any plant to make your garden dreams come true.

Seasonal
Pumpkin Patch
We open our Pumpkin Patch yearly during the month of October. We carry pumpkins and gourds of all sizes and prices.
Christmas Tree Lot
We open our Christmas tree lot on the Friday following Thanksgiving. We carry trees of all sizes, wreaths, and poinsettias.
The SOS Eco Farm
On April 4th we had our official ribbon cutting for the SOS Eco Farm. This is an Urban Tower Garden and a collaboration with the SOS Foundation.
