Community Inclusion Trainer
Pay Range: From $17.50/hour
Job description:
The Community Inclusion Trainer is responsible for training clients in social skills and supporting their participation in community inclusion activities. The trainer will collaborate with other Community Inclusion trainers to create and publish a monthly schedule of inclusion activities and will organize and carry out those scheduled activities. This role requires communicating and coordinating inclusion activities with clients, families, and necessary staff to ensure successful participation. The trainer will monitor client behavior and implement and complete any required program documentation or program work. The Community Inclusion Trainer may attend staff meetings as needed and participate in agency-sponsored activities. Responsibilities also include transporting clients to and from community inclusion activities. The trainer will perform other related duties as delegated by the supervisor or manager.
*Minimum Requirements: A minimum of a 2-year degree or 2 years' experience in the developmental disabilities field.
Group Home Staff/Caregivers – ON CALL

As a Group Home Staff/Caregiver, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a residential setting. Your core skills in personal care for adults with developmental disabilities, will enable you to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. With experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, you will promote a safe and nurturing environment. Your relevant skills in meal preparation and behavior management will further enhance the quality of life for our residents.
This position is available at both of our Group Homes - on-call hours vary per week. This position provides direct care services and support to our clients in their home. This position requires work on holidays.
*Minimum Requirements: A minimum of a high school completion or GED and 1 year of experience with care giving or 30 hours or college coursework.
*MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR ALL POSITIONS:
*English language speaking and writing are a must. Level 2 background screening and a valid Florida driver’s license. Pre-hire training. References.

Transportation Coordinator
Pay Range: From $20/hour
Job description:
The Transportation Coordinator/Driver will oversee all aspects of our transportation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and fully compliant transportation services in accordance with FDOT standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage both people and systems.
Other responsibilities:
-Manage transportation scheduling, routing, and driver assignments across locations
-Ensure compliance with FDOT regulations, documentation, and reporting deadlines
-Oversee fleet maintenance, safety, inspections, and vehicle readiness
-Supervise, train, and support transportation staff performance
-Handle incident reporting, documentation, and coordination with external agencies
-Support grant preparation and administrative coordination with finance
*Minimum Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple departments and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (FDOT, healthcare, nonprofit, or similar). Experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or program management.
