Staff Manager - MARC House - Adults with Developmental Disabilities (this is the Workshop Operations Manager job)
Key West Full Time
FT administrative, salaried position. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all phases of the staff, operation and maintenance of the Adult Day Training Program (ADT) at MARC House, serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes a team of offsite personnel, and training programs. The Operations Manager will maintain a close liaison with the ADT Program Manager as they will work together to keep the ADT in compliance with all rules and regulations. The Operations Manager will work with Group Home Managers and Medical Staff in order to maintain program consistency. The Workshop Operations Manager will have a valid Florida driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 2 weeks of hire and be able to transport clients as needed. Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in field required. Bilingual in Haitian Creole highly preferred. Computer skills: moderate to advanced. Must have a current, valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Pre-employment training online and in person. Ability to pass a Level II background screening and references. EOE.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
In Home Support Staff

MARC, Inc. is seeking a full-time, split-shift, In-Home Support Coach/Trainer to provide companionship and assist clients with training/support. HSD/GED & 1 yr. exp in a related field. 1 year of college can substitute for experience. Must be able to use a tablet for documentation purposes. The shift for this job is split shift 7-9 AM then 3-9 PM. We can be flexible. English language, speaking and writing, proficiency is a must. MUST have FL driver’s license w/good driving record, references and background screening required. Must be able to drive MARC vehicles after training. Responsibilities
- Provide caregiving support to individuals in their residence.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, and other specific care needs.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic living space.
- Drive clients to appointments and outings as required.
- Uphold residents' rights and privacy in all interactions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with individuals and other diverse needs.
- Be prepared for heavy lifting tasks when assisting clients with mobility.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Group Home Manager

FT administrative, salaried position. Responsible for operations of Group Homes in accordance with State and Fed rules and regulations. Oversight of staff and clients. Bachelor’s degree and Florida DL w/clean driving record req. At least 2 yrs of management and admin experience req, and direct or comparable experience w/same or similar population preferred. Computer skills: moderate to advanced. Pre-employment training. Background screening and references required. EOE

Supported Living Coach

This position provides daily living support to our clients in their homes. Hours are mornings and/or evenings (split shift) M-F and straight shift weekend hours. Responsibilities include management of Developmentally Disabled clients in independent living environments, management of office and In Home Support staff. Must be available for some evenings and weekends. Bachelor’s degree in related field or year-for-year experience working with developmentally disabled clients in lieu of degree. English language, speaking and writing, proficiency is a must. Salary commensurate with experience. Pre-hire coursework is required and ability to pass a Level 2 background screening, must have a valid FL driver’s license with a clean driving record, and references required. EOE.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Group Home Staff/Caregivers
Key West Full Time or Part Time
These positions are available at our Group Homes; days and evening/overnight shifts available. These positions provided direct care services and support to our clients in their home. This position requires work on holidays. This position requires the minimum of high school completion or GED and 1 year of experience with care giving or 30 hours or college coursework. English language, speaking and writing, proficiency is a must. Must have a valid FL driver's license with a clean driving record. Pre-hire coursework is required and ability to pass a Level II background check. EOE
